How to hand your hardest work to Gemini 4 Argon
By Ben Lane
Footage: Google, from Take Daily Busywork Off Your Plate with Gemini 4 Argon
Every business has a job that eats its best people's time: the proposal built from a page of call notes, the long contract someone has to read twice, the report pulled together from a folder of documents. Google released Gemini 4 Argon to everyone on 13 October and built it for exactly that kind of long, careful work. On Vals AI's independent test of finance, legal, tax and coding tasks it came first, scoring 68.90% where GPT-6 Astra, OpenAI's best model, scored 63.13%. A score on someone else's test still isn't your work, though. This guide shows you how to give Argon and ChatGPT the same job you have already finished, see which one would have needed fewer changes, and save the winner so the next one starts from a draft. At the end that job comes off your plate, and the same team gets through more of the work that used to wait for a senior person.
