We only collect what you type into a form. Nothing on this site fingerprints you or buys data about you from anyone else.

• Field notes email signup — your email address.
• Contact form — name, email, company and your message.
• AI Rank quiz — your answers and score, plus name, email, company and where you’re based.
• Application to work with us — your answers, plus name, work email, phone, company and website.

If you arrive from a campaign link we also record the campaign tags in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) so we know which piece of writing brought you here.

To reply to you, to assess whether we’re a fit to work together, and to send you occasional writing you asked for. The basis is your consent (email signups — withdraw it any time by unsubscribing) and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you started. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Form submissions are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel). AI Rank quiz responses are also stored in our own database (Supabase) so we can report on aggregate, anonymised trends — for example how UK service businesses score across the six layers. Aggregate reporting never identifies you or your business. Both providers may process data outside the UK under their standard contractual clauses.

For as long as there’s an active conversation or relationship, and for up to two years after the last contact — then we delete it. Ask us to remove it sooner and we will.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics for aggregate page and referrer counts — it’s cookieless, stores no personal data, and can’t identify you.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected or deleted, or object to us using it. Email ben@goldensky.ai and we’ll action it within one month. If we get it wrong you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
